Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of Evo Football Academy ("the Academy"). By enrolling your child, you ("the Parent/Guardian") agree to the following:

 

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The Academy operates on a monthly subscription basis, payable in advance.

 

Payment is required to secure and maintain your child’s place.

 

All payments are non-refundable, including in the event of missed sessions, illness, holidays, or other absences.

 

Subscriptions are continuous and must be cancelled in accordance with Section 4.

 

3. What Your Fee Covers

The monthly fee covers all training sessions, admin costs, and any weeks without match days — these are factored into pricing.

 

Match days and extras are not separately charged unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Cancellations & Re-enrolment

You may cancel your child’s place by providing 30 days’ written notice (email accepted).

 

Once a subscription is cancelled, your child’s place will be offered to someone else on the waiting list.

 

Rejoining is not guaranteed and will be subject to space availability at the time.

 

5. Behaviour & Conduct

All players are expected to behave respectfully, follow instructions, and uphold Academy standards.

 

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may lead to suspension or removal from the Academy.

 

Parents/guardians are expected to support a positive environment and show respect to all staff and participants.

 

6. Media & Photography Consent

We may take photos/videos during sessions for marketing, website, or social media purposes.

 

You may opt out by emailing us in writing.

 

7. Liability

The Academy is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

 

All activities are supervised, but participation is at the participant’s own risk.

 

8. Medical & Emergency Care

You must provide accurate medical information for your child.

 

In the case of an emergency, you authorise the Academy to take reasonable action and seek medical attention if necessary.

 

9. Data Protection

We handle all data in line with GDPR.

 

Your information will only be used for Academy-related communication and not shared with third parties without consent.

 

10. Changes to Terms

Evo Football Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with appropriate notice.
