Cancellation Policy

Evo Academy Under 5s Football Training Policy 1. Programme Overview Evo Academy Under 5s football sessions introduce children to football in a fun, safe, and age-appropriate environment. Sessions focus on movement, coordination, confidence, listening skills, and enjoyment rather than competition. 2. Eligibility The programme is open to children aged 3 to 5 years old at the point of enrolment. Evo Academy may adjust groupings or session structure to ensure safe and effective delivery. 3. Session Delivery Sessions are delivered by qualified coaches using a structured early years curriculum. Activities include games, ball skills, and simple group play. Parents or carers must remain on site for the duration of sessions unless otherwise agreed. 4. Attendance Parents and carers are responsible for punctual drop off and collection. Late arrivals may be asked to wait for a suitable break in activity before joining. 5. Fees and Payment Fees are payable in advance and secure a child’s place for the agreed block or term. Fees contribute to coaching, facilities, equipment, planning, and administration. 6. Missed Sessions and Refunds No refunds, credits, or make up sessions are provided for missed sessions, including absence due to illness, holidays, family commitments, transport issues, or personal choice. Programme costs remain fixed regardless of individual attendance. 7. Cancellations by Evo Academy If Evo Academy cancels a session due to reasons within our control, a replacement session or credit will be offered where possible. Where cancellations are outside our control, we will attempt to reschedule but this cannot be guaranteed. 8. Behaviour and Safeguarding Children are expected to behave in an age appropriate manner. Evo Academy reserves the right to remove a child from a session if behaviour presents a safety risk. All staff operate in line with Evo Academy safeguarding policies. 9. Health Information Parents and carers must disclose relevant medical conditions or additional needs at registration and ensure children do not attend when unwell. 10. Media Photographs or videos may be taken for coaching or promotional purposes. Consent preferences must be provided at registration. 11. Acceptance Enrolment confirms acceptance of this policy, including the no refunds policy for missed sessions.
